How to Wear Comfortable Fall Style & Ginger's Blog Linkup #6

Okay guys, just so you know upfront, this will not be a long post! You're either thinking "yay that chic rambles on anyway" or, if you like to read, you're so sad! Anyway, I'm currently on vacation, but I wanted to make my post for the Blog Linkup. I also wanted to share some of these super cute photos that we took, of all places, at a peanut stand! Who knew a peanut stand could have such a cute set up? I mean...THIS BIKE!! I think it's pretty Fall perfect!

So, the other day, my Honey and I were out and about, checking out the beautiful Fall colors in North Georgia, and we were passing this little peanut stand that we love. We decided to stop and get some boiled peanuts. They have great boiled peanuts, and they even have ones with cajun flavor...yum...I love hot stuff!  They also have cider and tons of yummy jellies. Just look how cute this place is! I'm a sucker for places like this, so I'm in love!

Okay, let's talk about my comfortable Fall style! When I want to be super comfy, but still look cute, my go-to is a long sweater, leggings and riding boots! This is the most comfortable outfit. I mean, stretchy leggings let me pig out in comfort...because goodness knows, I love to eat! The long sweater keeps things under wraps, and the boots, well, they are super comfy too!

SWEATER: Local Find-Old Sautee Store (Similar: HereHereHereHere) LEGGINGS: Old (Similar: HereHereHereHere) BOOTS: Old Born (Similar: HereHereHere-great buyHere-another great buy)

This super cute sweater, I bought at The Old Sautee Store, a local shop right here in Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia. That's a picture of it below! How cute is it? We go there every time we are in town, and they have the BEST Farmer's Cheese. You can call and order it! These boots are Born boots that I have had for years, and they are so comfy. I can walk for days in them. I have linked some Born boots and some other similar boots, and some are really great prices. More similar items are linked in the carousel down below!

We are on the tail end of our vacation, but I sure hope to pack as much fun into the remaining days as possible. I'm thinking we might go fly fishing, which is a great hobby here in the mountains. Other than that, we are just enjoying the beauty that surrounds us.

I hope you have all enjoyed my post, and I hope you all have a great weekend! Be sure to leave me a comment below letting me know what you think. I love to hear from you. I love sharing pretty places and things with you all! Now, it's time to Linkup!

As you all know, I pick two of my favorite posts from the prior week's linkup. My two favorites from last week are from Mary and Andrea! Mary always shares great, interesting stories to showcase her outfits, and Andrea has a super cute style!

XOXO,

Julie

  1. Julie, I love pretty fall decor so much. And yes, this peanut stand is adorable! And how perfect for some fall outfit photos. Your outfit is fabulous. Such great colors on you. And a sweater with leggings and boots is the best cool weather uniform for comfort, warmth, and style. You look great, my friend. Thanks so much for sharing!

  7. Super cute pics - again, great colours on you! I have lots of family in South Carolina and have come to acquire the taste for boiled peanuts. My dad loved them and I have a cousin who keeps her bag in the freezer and eats them frozen. Says they are like peanut ice cream. I may have to work up to that, though! Enjoy the rest of your vacation!

    1. Thank you so much Elizabeth! My husband is from Dothan, Alabama, and they are like the peanut capitol. He loves boiled peanuts. He hasn't graduated to eating them frozen, but his parents do send frozen ones home with us, and he thaws them in the microwave. Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you Jennie! The funny thing about this sweater is I wasn't sure of the colors at first (for me). The shop owner suggested I get it, and I took it home to try on and ended up loving it. Have a great weekend!

    1. Jessica, it is such a great, versatile color! This is probably my most worn pair of boots. I used to leave them at my house in Georgia when I returned to Florida, but I missed wearing them. So, now I tote them back and forth. They have a rubber bottom that is soft when you walk. It's like wearing tennis shoes. Have a great weekend!
