Aren't the weekends just the best? They're my favorite time because me and my husband are both free at the same time to go do whatever we want. The week days stay so busy, it's difficult to find time to relax and really enjoy the days together. I don't know about y'all, but we don't get too crazy on the weekend. We enjoy having a nice dinner out together and just relaxing. Of course, we like getting out and about. I mean, look at this gorgeous place that we call home! We are so blessed to have this beauty all around us, and I just love getting out and experiencing it all.

Am I alone in my heavy addiction to pretty papers? I suspect not! Journals are my particular weakness, and I have tons of them all around. My desk drawers are full, and they are stacked on my nightstand! It's to the point that my husband just rolls his eyes if he sees yet another journal in my shopping cart. I can't help myself. I mean, they're pretty, and they call out to me. One day, I imagine I'll take the time to stop and fill them all up. 😉

I absolutely love wearing blue and white during the summer. Perhaps it's a Florida girl thing...nautical and all, but whatever it is, I can't get enough! I pair white tees with everything, and my theory is that you can never have too many white tees or white jeans, for that matter!

Welcome to my Blog!! I'm new to this, but I hope this will be a great place for us to share ideas and stories about fashion, lifestyle and travel. Above all, I hope this is a place were we can all be real! Just to tell you a little bit about me, I was born and raised in the South, in the Florida Panhandle, near Pensacola. I live there full time and in the North Georgia mountains part-time. I've been married to Joe for thirteen years, and we have three doggy  children.
